Welcome to Chelsey Rae Photography. By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, or booking our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Photography Services
Chelsey Rae Photography provides wedding, engagement, portrait, and related photography services. All bookings are subject to availability and the terms outlined in the client’s signed photography agreement.
Booking and Payment
A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your event date.
Remaining balances are due according to the payment schedule outlined in your photography agreement.
Failure to make payments as agreed may result in cancellation of services.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Retainers are non-refundable and secure your reserved date.
Rescheduling requests are subject to photographer availability and may incur additional fees.
Any cancellation terms will be governed by the signed photography contract.
Copyright and Image Usage
All photographs created by Chelsey Rae Photography remain the exclusive copyrighted property of the photographer.
Clients receive a personal-use license for delivered images. Images may not be sold, altered for commercial purposes, or used for profit without written permission.
Model Release
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients grant Chelsey Rae Photography permission to use photographs for portfolio display, website content, social media, advertising, marketing materials, publications, competitions, and promotional purposes.
Clients wishing to decline image usage must notify us in writing before their event.
Artistic Style
Clients acknowledge that they are familiar with the photographer’s portfolio and understand that photography is an artistic service. Editing style, image selection, and creative decisions remain at the sole discretion of the photographer.
Image Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on workload and season.
Final galleries are delivered electronically unless otherwise specified.
Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their images upon delivery.
Limitation of Liability
In the event of equipment failure, acts of God, severe weather, illness, venue restrictions, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client.
SMS Communications and Consent
By providing your phone number through our website, contact forms, questionnaires, contracts, booking forms, or other communications, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Chelsey Rae Photography regarding:
